Prioritizing Process

This is very simple. Just start the process with START command, either from a BAT file, or directly from the startup folder as CMD /C START /<priority> <your process>. Possible priorities are: /LOW (Idle), /NORMAL, /HIGH, /REALTIME. Use STAR /MIN parameter to start the command window minimized. Enter START /? for descriptions of these and other START parameters.
