Private IP addresses of different networ

We have several lans situated in several remote locations. We wanted to connect these lans with RAS to our Head Office NT Server! Different LAN uses different IP Network address. The model is as follows:

Head Office: 192.168.1.0, server:192.168.1.1
Sales Office: 192.168.2.0, server:192.168.2.1
Factory Office 1: 192.168.3.0, server:192.168.3.1
Factory Office 2: 192.168.4.0, server:192.168.4.1

All servers will use normal dial-up Modems to connect to connect to the Head office server and we are not using any router!

Now if all the servers in all the LANs has Exchange Server installed as mail tranfer agent, then is it possible to relay all the mails from the other servers to the Head Office server through RAS from where the mailswill be sent to the Internet? Will there be a special DNS entry?
