I just wanted to get some thoughts and opinions on a project I am working on. The basics of it are – I need a solution that will enable me to proactively manage\monitor the environments of around 50 customers from a central site and wanted to know what kind of things you guys have experienced \ used and highlight the possibilities of how far I can take this – As a minimum I will need to monitor Windows services, processes, CPU, RAM, disk etc but would like to be able to integrate automation\project\change management software.
Any input advice on this would be very much appreciated.
