i have a major problem-my hard disk has an error!!!”Windows Delay Failed” when trying to enter this hard disks folders and its not responding.When this happens,it makes a little “CLICK” sound (similar to pop-up blockers),starts working or something then makes another sound (same one) for stopping again.repeats like this forever.on reboot,it says “bad sectors …number…”!!!tried so many little programs to determine the problem and fix it-nothing works.
