Does anyone know why email hangs while retrieving from Exchange mail server
using GM?
It usually happens when there are many emails and all of a sudden it shows
on the task bar as “Receiving header 4” and stays there and finally times out. Thenumber
along with the message is not always same. This happens for different messages from different domain users.
To retrieve this message, we use Outlook Express to download the email. After this download Goldmine again starts working as usual. This happens several times everyday
with different users.
I’m using Goldmine Version 5.50.10424 along with Exchange Server 2000 with SP1 on a Windows 2000 server with SP2.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
