Problem deploying Symantec AV clients

I'm managing a network with 1 domain, consisting of Windows NT, 2000, and XP clients. I recently upgraded my AV server from SAV 9 to 10. When I try to remotely upgrade the client piece on the workstations, the fies download, but don't actually install. How do I fix this soI can remotely install the client program?

requires a reboot to the installation to complete so when you create your package, in the answer file for unattended remote install, add in reboot with the option for users to cancel a rebott [unless you do this after hours, then you can just allow the computer to reboot].

Keep old SAV path constant.

When deploying an upgrade of SAV Client, during install it actually uninstall\modifies the previous installation using the "Symantec AntiVirus.msi" of the previously Version Stored somewhere on the server.

Keep the Old version's path as it is and create a new directory for the newer version.
This allows for the "Symantec Antivirus.msi" of the old version be found successfully and old installation be modified\uninstalled so the new upgrade will be successful.

Once satisfied with all the installation the old SAV client stored on the server can be deleted.
