Problem in accessing SSL Certificate

By sanjay.adsure ·
I have a problem accessing certificate.
I am using Windows Server 2008 Standard.And I am developing my application in ASP.NET having Framework 3.5 & Visual Studio 2005 & IIS 7.0.
I have installed one certificate as you said but when I go to my Web Application & run it...it says like -

"The certificate's private key could not be accessed. Ensure the access control list (ACL) on the certificate's private key grants access to the application pool user."

And points to <microsoft.identityModel> tag in Web.Config of my application.
I have also installed Self-signed certificate but it is showing me same above problem.
I have searched on web but not worked...I am greatally in need of the solution because I am not able to move forward.....
I will be really thankful to you if you will give me any idea in this.
