Problem in XP.

Hi,
On starting Window XP, after some time a message flashes that says someting ‘LSA Kernal error occured’, and prompt for sending the report to Microsoft. On clicking either yes or no on the message box cause system to reboot in 60 seconds.

Can anyone guide me out of this problem

thanks in advance
