i have tried to install a usb 2.0 pci card so i can use my pny usb 2.0 4gb flash drive.
Windows xp goes through the find new hardware wizard until the final screen which indicates a problem.
“CANNOT INSTALL THIS HARDWARE
There is a problem installing this hardware.
Universal series bus(USB)controller.
An error occurred during the installation of the device.
The drive installation file for this device is missing a necessary entry.This may be because the INF was written for Windows 95 or later. Contact your vendor.
Can anyone help to resolve the problem or give me some information to help resolve this problem.
