I have installed a Windows 2000 server as a new domain here in my office, but when I tried logging into the new domain from my Windows 2000 Professional computer, it says:
“Your computer could not be joined to the domain because the following error has occured: The network path was not found”
This happens when it asks me to enter in a user name and password of an account with permissions to join the domain. I gave myself this permission from the serve, but after I enter in my user name and password, I get the above error.
I can ping the server, and the server can ping me. Dunno what else it could be… anyone have any thoughts??
