Problem Joining Domain on Win2K

Problem joining domain.
Error Message: Network path not found.

Server and the workstation are both connected using a Netgear RT314
(hardware connection sharing and firewall).

1. Win 98 clients can login and see the shared folders. (3 clients)
2. Win2k workstation, unable to join domain – network path not found.
3. Can ping server from workstation using ip, and by name as well.
4. Can ping workstation from server using ip, and by name as well.
5. Workstation is using DHCP of Netgear, also tried using a static IP.

Any suggestion?
