I have windows 98. When I try to download a file, I get a message that says "There was a problem loading the file specified when running the Accessibility Wizard."
Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

I'm not sure what you mean? Are you trying to use the Accessability Wizard and it can't load because a file is missing? If this is the case click Start/Settings/ControlPanel/AddRemove Programs-Windows Setup and try to reinstall the accessability options. Be sure to click the Details button to be sure both options are selected. You could also visit 'www.microsoft.com/enable' for more info on the wizard. Hope this helps ... H

Hello "hrhold1". Thanks for answering.
No I wasn't trying to use the Accessibility Wizard, that's the message that pops up whenever I try to download certain files. Thanks for trying.
