PROBLEM: NT4 IIS usergroup rights

Hard to determine. Assuming your using a domain model, look in user manager to make sure that the group is still there. If users are coming across other domains, check both global and local groups. Remember AGLP: Accounts, Global, Local, & Permissions. Then on the IIS server, check permissions for the directory they are trying to access (right click on the directory, properties, security tab, permissions) & make sure that that user group has the appropriate level of access.
