Problem regarding LDAP?

I have a DC of windows 2003 and in parallel when i m going to make a new domain on windows 2000 Server in existing domain tree of windows 2003 Domain. But when i run ADS wizard and the process stop displaying a error of LDAP operation. Tell me how can slove this.
