INTEL Pentium II 350MHZ; Creavtive RIVA TNT2 M64; Creative SB LIVE E400; winME. My computer stop responding (while updating of data) half way while installing DirectX8. When running Dxdiag, having error showing “Problem getting extra sound info, result code = 0x80004005(Generic failure)”. Beside this, my emu101.vxd and nvdis.drv shows uncertified in dxdiag. I hav try to dwnload patch/driver fm creative but unsucessful. Can some1 help show me the way to solve my problem or do I hav to get new hardwares to solve these? Thanks. : (
