Hi there Tech Buddies…. I am using winproxy 2.0 on my windows server 2003 every thing works fine. Now recently I installed winproxy 6.0 on my backup pc. I cascaded this winproxy route with my parent winproxy to pass few of my selected client pc’s through my child proxy 6.0. Now my client pc’s can browse the internet but cannot connect through msn. It gives error that due to improper settings of proxy or firewall. I guess I have already turned off the firewall of windows + firewall of winproxy is down as well and also transparent proxy is turned off. The request for msn messenger do reaches to my child proxy but there it works on the request for a while and then client recieves the error on msn. Do any one know what settings should be made to let msn work?
