Problem with 2 LAN cards at Win 2003 Server

I have two LAN cards at Windows Server 2003. One card connected with modem and one with LAN switch. After some time LAN clients troop ping from server LAN card IP but server can ping to all client. I am using ICS on WAN LAN card. Please help to solve this issue.

I have 2 LAN card at my server Win 2003. one LAN card is connected to ISP modem with public IP. Another LAN card is connected with LAN switch port. LAN is using 192.168.0.0 subnet.

After some time my Win client stop pinging to the server but server continually ping the client. When I restart the server, the client start ping to server. But after some time, again the above problem accords.
