Problem with Adobe Acrobat Printing

I have a client who recently changed the printer on his desktop. He is networked and also has a network printer he goes to. Local printer is a small laserjet, 81/2 X 11 only. To print 11 X 17 acrobat drawings he goes to the network printer that has that size paper. This doesn’t work from acrobat, he changes the printer fine but when he changes the paper size to 11 X 17 it doesn’t stay and won’t print. Othe applications like word or excel have no problem, just acrobat.

Any suggestions?
