Problem with Cut and Paste

Hi
I experience problem when doing cut and paste excel loaded locally on my pc and Manugistics SCPO applications access through Ica Client.
Sometimes cut and paste works, some time not, garbage caracters or nothing happens
If anybody has an idea?
