problem with isa 2004 and norton ghost server

i have an isa server 2004 on the same server with norton ghost server.
i try make images of pc connected to the network from ghost cast server but isa firewall engine wont let me.
i tried with all ports open but nothing.
the server has only one NIC
any answer please????
