Problem with my add & remove, caused by Zone Alarm Pro!

I had been using Zone Alarm 3.7 , nowaded to Z A Pro. as soon as i did that my computer started freezing up, SO MUCH I uninstalled & called the Co. Was told someone would call me, for when I UNINSTALLED I lost EVERYTHING in my add & remove programs I hope you can help me PLEASE. I’m VERY DISAPPOINTED IN ZONE ALARM PRO!I have WIN 98+SE. Your help will be very much appreciated! Jean
