Problem with network printing – laptop

In a small network of 8 users – all WinNT4.0, All SP 5, a new Toshiba laptop cannot print to a printer on the network. All others can print to this printer. Laptop can print to the printer if LPT1 connected. Error message is “Specified module cannot be found”. User has no problem with network connectivity for other uses. Observed that when print of test page requested, the spool file starts to create and then is aborted/deleted by the system and error message appears. Occasionally, an error regarding avialable memory appears. There was an old NT3.51 message similar but that fix did not work here. We have removed and recreated printers multiple times over the last month – and countless reboots.
