Problem with office2k servicepack2

Hi,

I have problem applying sp2admin.msp to an administrative installation point. This is to update the installation point for office 2000 for the admin to avoid installing the service pack on each machine manually.

I have downloaded and extracted sp2admin.exe. There is 4 .msp files and 1 .doc file that comes with it. Next, I try typing the “msiexec” as stated by the documentation but got an error of invalid parameters.

I typed the command exactly like stated in the doc.

msiexec /p sp2admin.msp /a data1.msi SHORTFILENAMES=TRUE /qb /L*sp2.log

I tried removing some of the parameters and still get same error.

Anyone manage to install it?
