I recently have had a problem with one of my external hard drives in that whenever I try to access it an error message pops up and tells me that “access is denied for this drive”. The first thing I did was go to the drives user permissions and made sure that there was no way I was denied access. But even after I did this I still am unable to access the portable hard drive on my computer or any other computer (I tried it on my roommates and my laptop). Please Help!!!
