Recently, I am facing problem while i try to using PCAnywhere modem to dial in into one computer running Windows XP Pro, after connected and log in successfully it come out black screen with cursor blinking there.I have set the port speed for both of the modem is 19200bps.Is anything wrong with my modem? I am usng Windows XP Pro as well and the modem is US Robotics 56K Fax External.
I would appreciate if anyone can assist me to solve this problem.
