Problem with postfix

Hi
I’ve set up the postfix server in centos 5.2,I can send and receive e-able.
I get the error :

#5.0.0 smtp; 5.1.0 – Unknown address error 550-‘5.7.1 message content rejected’ (delivery attempts: 0)>

I am happy to accept ideas or the intention to resolve
