I have 4 Syquest 1GB external drives. Each drive gave me good service for few days and later developed a unique problem It does not accept the cartridge and the cartridge comes out once I try to access from the “My computer drive letter”.Drive gets the power but according to the instruction both the green LED on the front should get lit which does not occur.Please guide me.
