problem with total overdose game by eidos

when i was on car dealer mission in total overdose i got an error message that TOD.exe has encountered a problem and need to close.

i have all the latest drivers and dual core processor 1.66 with xp pro .

now i m using gigabyte 945board and 2 gb kingston ram

please help me out.

I notice you have also posted this question on TechSupportForums, but chose to ignore their advice.

Perhaps this will change your mind:

Remember, simply because a file has a name that you recognise, does not mean that the file is not in an altered state, and as such is now harbouring a virus.

That is the game's executable.

TOD stands for Total OverDose.
Are you using a No-CD cracked executable? I suspect so. If that's the case, Replace it with the game's original TOD.exe file, install the latest Patch available and then get a new No-CD replacement or pay for the game and use the original CD to play the game.
If issues remain after that, do some research in the Eidos Support:

when i starting my game there is a option is opened in middle of screen (input signal out of range change setting to 1280x1024 - 60Hz) Kindly send me reply of this .......also this email ( Thanks/////////
