Hi,

If you are the LAN Admin and you are using Windows XP SP2 you can enable ports by following the setps below:

1. Click Start > Run and type: firewall.cpl > OK...
2. Click the Advanced Settings tab...
3. Click the Exceptions tab...
4. Click Add Port...
5. Enter 119 in the Port Number Dialog...
6. Click TCP...
7. Type a name for the port and click OK...
8. Click Add Port...
9. Enter 443 in the Port Number Dialog...
10. Click TCP...
11. Type a name for the port and click OK...
12. Click the Exceptions tab...
13. Click to select the check box next to each new service...
14. Click OK.

If you are not the LAN Admin then you may not have the rights to do this.
