One of my users is having a continual problem with an aspect of Lotus Notes.
After he has had LN running for a while, when he goes to read an email, the following error msg is displayed:
‘Could not open ID file’
then when you OK that msg it is followed by:
‘invalid file Handle’
then when you OK that msg and try and shut down LN you get :
‘Unable to save desktop-unknown’
followed by 2 other error msgs:
‘OS Error’ & ‘Unknown OS error’
This is too many error msg’s for one day
Any help would be appreciated
