Strange problem….
Have some 98 boxes that have an intermittent logon problem. When I enter network password the logon gets rejected. However, I can hit enter a couple of more times(meaning I never re-enter password), and the logon will be accepted. Have no clue what’s going on….. Not sure if I have a bad authentication server that’s getting hit, or if it’s WINS error.
Anybody have this problem before??
