hello, i am looking for help:
my acer 5100 used to play dvds perfectly both on VLC and cyberlink power dvd player (this program came with the computer).
However, now the sound and graphics of the dvd are dragged out and interrupted. Does anyone know what could be causing the problem? Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
