PROBLEMS SCANNING WITH EASYPHOTO

WHENEVER I RUN PHOTODELUXE PROGRAM AND TRY TO SCAN A PHOTO WITH IMAGEWAVE EASY PHOTO SCANER I GET ERROR MESSAGE READING:
EASY PHOTO HAS CAUSED A PROBLEM IN KERNEL32.DLL. THEN THE PROGRAM FREEZES UP.

IHAVE TRIED UNINSTALLING AND INSTALLING THE PROGRAM THAT DOESN'T WORK EITHER.

ANY SUGGESTIONS WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED.

I am not sure what operating system that you are using, but it sounds like you just may need to update the drivers for your SCANNER.
Usually when products are released, there are nearly always newer drivers on the web site. These drivers will easily resolve any conflict or errors when attempting to use the hardware. I would try updating the drivers, and see if that clears it up. Good Luck!

http://www.windrivers.com.

You can also download the latest KERNEL32.DLL at this site.
