Problem – Windows 2000 Professional, Sending e-mail messages with more than 3 lines of text (or attachments) time out unexpectantly and the message remains in the OUTBOX.
Small messages (< 2 lines of text) will be sent!! Does not appear to be limited to Outlook Express, Outlook XP or Eudora Pro.
