To whom it may concern:
I am attempting to setup a small network and I’ve having some problems. I have 3 PCs, all which have internal NIC cards, that I want to setup. One of the computers uses a 56k modem to dial up to the internet. I am pretty sure that I plug that computer into the uplink slot in the hub, right because I eventually want to share that connection. (I know how to do that once everything else is working) I am just not sure which computer to plug into the uplink slot and which computers to plug into the regular numbered slots. I am also not sure if under TCP/IP I should specify an address or what… Please help.
