I have a DELL Poweredge 2400 server with aic-78xx scsi controller.i have archive python tape drive.i use ARCserve2000 AE version7.0 for backup.while taking backup,i receive an error message..”E6300 Windows NT SCSI Port error [ABSL: 0060 CMD: Ah NT: 45Dh 1117] scsi command retry,ec=hardware error”…i checked the tape drive its working fine..scsi controller also is working fine…do i need to apply any patches for arcserve2000? please suggest me a solution
