basically Im trying to up grade from 256mb to 1gb, i have 2 512mb 3100 400, my system is suppost to take 2700 333, however i have been told it is backwards compatible.
When i put both 512 sticks in slot 2 with the 256 in slot 1 they seem to work fine. however when i put both 512s in i just get a blank monitor. any ideas why?
