Currently running file redirection on W2k3 server set by group policy. All was running fine till we changed the file server. All syncing is working ok but the Desktop Still points to old server and will not change.. Does anyone know how to force this to update for existing users?? As it points to the old server, it no longer allows access to redirected folders. I have tried gpupdate /force. no good.
If i create a new user, the redirects work fine, its just accounts existing before the filesrv change that will not update.. All GP’s are reffering to the correct file server.
