I have a newly installed notebook running Vista. We use Checkpoint Secure Remote for VPN access. The user is able to connect to Novell and SAP once she is login to the VPN. The user however cannot connect to Outlook 2003. She gets “server unavailable”. We were able to ping the server from the command prompt by name. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
