We are having some problems with a couple of SNA over X25 connections to two of our customers. We currently have 2 connections from our main data centre and we are setting up a new data centre and are trying to replicate these connections from the new data centre using the same configuration information – we have basically replicated the infrastructure from one DC to the other.
Connection 1: Is through the BT X25 service. We have tried to connect from our mainframe/fep in the new DC to the customer but with no success. Same config info. Could this be a NUA problem or virtual circuit issue? the current connection is still in place.
Connection 2: Was through an X25 service but we are now setting this up as a point to point connection, but with the same config info – Is this an NUA problem or something to do with the point to point? The current connection is still in place.
