I am having trouble with all of my remote users, we use netscreen remote secure client to access the network. User can connect to the network fine and access their Lotus Notes, and they can also ping devices on the network. However when a user tries to access a previously mapped network drive they get the following error.
A Network Error Occurred, the device name is already in use.
