How to reduce some unwanted processes?

I used a 256MB ram but sometimes I got an alert saying 'Low Memory Resources'

Also using apache, I wonder WHY in my task manager shows apache.exe twice? one with 200k usage & the other one is 1,600k?

Some time processes are shown twice in the Task Manager. You can use command line inter face commands like tlist or kill. Tlist command will help you to see the process running with their dependencies.

Please refer this page from Microsoft:
http://support.microsoft.com/search/preview.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;Q250320
The page will give you information on how to use tlist command.

Sorry, I am sorry. I forgot to mentioned that u need to have Resource kit for using Tlist. However you can try that command. Both Kill and Tlist commands are great.
looking for your response.
