Processor Speed?

By fletch ·
Is there any place I on the computer that I can see the processor speed other than the start up screen? If not, is there a key to freeze the start up screen for a minute or so to read all the information?

At boot, try hitting the Pause/Break key on your KB. This doesn't always work but you might get lucky.

You will find this and other information in your BIOS setup. After you start the PC and before the operating system loads, you'll usually see something like "Press F2 to enter setup" or "CTRL+ESC" or "F10" depending on the PC and BIOS manufacturer. You will then receive a menu. You will find the processor speed somewhere within the menu.
