I’m running an Intel Pentium Dual Core processor. It’s clock speed is 3.0 ghz. I purchased this computer from a friend who didn’t need it because he was going away to college. I’ve made several upgrades, such as ram and a video card so I can do some minor gaming. For the hell of it, I downloaded speed fan to see what my temps are I have noticed that at idle my cpu temp runs about 55, and while playing call of duty 4 the temp runs about 70-72. I’ve been doing some research and from what I understand this is pretty high for a processor. However my system has yet to crash or act awkward. Because of this i don’t want to tamper with something thats working fine. Any suggestions? I run the cpu fan maxed out at 1760 rpm, I have a side fan , and a rear exaust fan.
