Here’s my isssue:
We are an ASP, running servers on a remote site, and users log in through RDP to use specific applications. On of these applications has a reporting function that is VERY processor intensive, but the time it takes to complete these reports is not important to the ones using it, as they have expressed to me. I would like to limit the amount of processor usage to the job in question, as these reports take hours and during that time, server performance is less than ideal. Does anyone know of a application that is capable of this? I know about WSRM, but upgrading from Standard to Enterprise is not something I would like to or can do.
