profile change and lost outlook 2003 email en contacts

A former XP user was logging in a 2003 server. A new user is using this pc, but his profile changed. Now he cannot look in to the former employe email account and contact list. I looked for a pst but there isn’t one. I cannot login as the former user because his login account on the 2003sever was deleted.
