I have an NT4.0 domain with w2k professional machine which keeps saying the user’s profile has exceeded the limit. The largest file is index.dat which isn’t there…so can’t delete, and the profile doesn’t refresh. This is causing major hassles for the user. Any suggestions on how to fix?
