Profile on windows xp

Hi,
Is there any way for a user who has multiple logins to different domains,to have all the login’s see the same desktop, no matter how he logs into his computer. He is running windows xp. I know there is a transfer wizard for profiles but I do not want to use this procedure.
Any help would be appreciated
