Profile transfer in W2K

Hi,
I’m looking for a tool or guidelines how to transfer complete user profiles in Windows 2000 (old and new profile on the same machine).
I need to transfer profiles on dozens of machines, as they’re joining a domain (previously not in domain).
Thanks,
