Profiles

I have a consultant who works both locally and connected to our network using xp. I have set up a roaming profile but the user requires a single point of entry for the documents and settings folder. Eg. If the user logs onto either profile I want the same documents and settings folder to be available. I want to be able to have single entity documents so that version control can be maintained on these.

What do I need to do to accomplish this task.
